Recruitment and Employee Experience Manager

Responsibilities:
• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
(including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement
reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement
appropriate best practices in the organization
• Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions
in the organization
• Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the
organization) and leads
• Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
• Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
• Reviews recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
• Regular interaction with employees and managers on a variety of topics; consult on
all aspects of employee relations, feedback delivery, performance management, etc.
• Coach managers and supervisors; help refine leadership, people management and
recruitment skills
• Conduct employee engagement interviews; provide anecdotal and hard data on
employee experiences; identify and track patterns/trends
• Support employee onboarding and off-boarding experience; conduct aspects of New
Hire Orientation; exit interviews
• Ensure policies, practices and programs are administered in a fair and consistent
manner
• Promote a culture of open communication and feedback

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager or HR Consultant
• A high standard of employee experience with relevant exposure to organisations with
exceptional employee experience
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• A strong passion for developing employees and organisational culture
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and
evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills
