The individual will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The incumbent will be responsible to:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identify and approach potential merchants, present the benefits of our fintech products, and secure new partnerships<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and loyalty<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the fintech industry<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve acquisition targets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration for new merchants<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Achieve weekly and monthly targets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare regular reports on sales activities, merchant feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide training and support to merchants to help them effectively use our products and services<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure all merchant acquisition activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The incumbent should bring along:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At least 1-2 year of experience in sales, business development or merchant acquisition role, preferably in the fintech industry<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competency in&nbsp;
