Role Overview
As an Operations Assistant at Pathao Nepal Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across assigned hubs. The role will focus on hub performance, SOP adherence, COD management, team training, and continuous operational improvement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Monitor and drive hub performance against operational KPIs, targets,
productivity, delivery success, TAT, and service quality standards.
2. Ensure SOP adherence across hubs and identify operational gaps, process
deviations, and areas requiring corrective action.
3. Monitor timely COD collection, reconciliation, and deposit, ensuring
outstanding COD issues are identified and resolved promptly.
4. Conduct regular training and refresher sessions for hub teams, riders, and
delivery agents to improve operational knowledge, compliance, and performance.
5. Monitor team and rider performance and work with Hub Incharges to improve
productivity, accountability, and overall operational efficiency.
6. Support hub operations and expansion by ensuring adequate manpower,
resources, operational readiness, and smooth implementation of new initiatives.
Candidate Profile
● Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar field with a proven track
record of performance.
● Experience in operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or a similar
fast-paced environment will be preferred.
● Strong understanding of operational processes and SOP implementation.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to monitor multiple locations and manage operational priorities effectively.
