Job Description – Fleet/Vehicle Coordinator

1. EV र Diesel Vehicles को knowledge भएको तथा vehicle operation, basic maintenance र troubleshooting सम्बन्धी राम्रो जानकारी भएको।
2. Linehaul Department को daily operation properly handle गर्ने, hub-to-hub vehicle movement, dispatch र delivery schedule coordinate गर्ने।
3. Daily vehicle operation monitor गर्ने र vehicle availability, condition, servicing तथा maintenance schedule व्यवस्थित गर्ने।
4. Vehicle मा आएको technical issue पहिचान गरी timely repair/maintenance coordinate गर्ने र आवश्यक परे workshop/service center सँग समन्वय गर्ने।
5. Fuel, EV charging, mileage, vehicle usage र maintenance records नियमित रूपमा maintain गर्ने।
6. Drivers लाई route, safety, vehicle handling र company rules/SOP सम्बन्धी आवश्यक guidance दिने र compliance सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
7. Vehicle र driver सम्बन्धी daily/weekly reports तयार गर्ने, operational issues report गर्ने र fleet efficiency सुधार गर्न आवश्यक सुझाव दिने।
8. Drivers लाई manage गर्ने, duty roster/shift planning गर्ने र driver attendance, discipline तथा performance monitor गर्ने।
9. Vehicle को route planning, utilization, availability र timely movement सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
10. Fuel, EV charging, mileage, maintenance र vehicle usage records नियमित रूपमा maintain गर्ने।
