Pathao is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and creative Senior Visualizer to join the dynamic Marketing team! This role requires a unique blend of traditional illustration skills, proficiency in modern design software, and the ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced demands of digital content creation. The ideal incumbent will be instrumental in defining and executing the visual identity across key Pathao platforms.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Serve as an in-house expert for illustration and hand-drawing skills, producing unique, custom visual assets that elevate Pathao’s brand identity beyond standard stock graphics.
- Actively contribute to the ideation process for major campaigns, key visuals (KVs), thematic concepts, and comprehensive creative strategies for the brand.
- Design and execute high-quality static creative content, efficiently compose and edit dynamic content, including GIFs, short motion graphics, and video compositions primarily focusing on vertical-wise (mobile-optimized) formats, for immediate publishing across all official social media channels while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Systematically generate creative visual concepts and translate them into polished, final designs that are ready for immediate incorporation into marketing campaigns.
- Create and optimize visual assets for seamless integration as in-app creative content within the official Pathao application interface.
- Strategically apply AI tools for various creative outputs and explore new efficiencies in the design workflow, staying ahead of industry best practices.
The incumbent should bring along:
- A minimum of 3+ years of professional working experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Graduation in any discipline
- Expert proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI implementation and leveraging cutting-edge tools to enhance design output and efficiency.
- A strong creative mindset with the ability to visualize and articulate abstract ideas, taking concepts from the initial sketch phase through to final production. This ability to visualize is highly preferred.
