Pathao is hiring a Financial Analyst for our Corporate Finance & Strategy team. This is a high-learning, high-exposure role where you will work closely with real business decisions, understanding how the company grows and what truly drives performance across different business lines.

We are looking for someone who will:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Data, Product, Operations, Accounts) to understand and solve core business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights on performance, trends, and key business drivers.
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Own key performance metrics and dashboards used for business tracking and leadership reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives through business case development, feasibility analysis, and decision support.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, global investors, and international business stakeholders.
The incumbent should bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Business, or similar analytical fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Strategy, Transaction Advisory, or Business Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Interest in automation, data workflows, and using modern tools (including AI) to improve finance and decision-making processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and structured manner.
