Pathao is looking for a results-driven individual for our Food team. The role requires someone skilled in data analysis, performance reporting, dashboarding, and strategic insight generation to drive business growth and operational excellence
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for the Food business.
- Work with large datasets to extract insights and prepare dashboards or summaries.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify trends or improvement areas.
- Assist in maintaining key business trackers and performance databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, etc.) to provide data support for projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare data presentations for management reviews.
- Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Visualize findings using charts, graphs, and dashboards for easier interpretation.
- Support automation of recurring reports and documentation of processes.
- Research and summarize market or competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
The incumbent should bring along:
- Bachelor’s in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics from a reputed University.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data visualization and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and the food delivery industry.
