Executive/Senior Executive, Brand & Communications

Pathao is currently seeking a highly driven and passionate individual for the position of Executive/Senior Executive, Brand & Communications for the Marketing team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and ultimately contribute to our business growth. 

The incumbent will have the responsibility to:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and drive user engagement across Pathao Rides, Parcel, Shop, and Points
  • Design and lead campaigns targeting specific customer segments to increase rides, deliveries, transactions, and app engagement
  • Lead creative teams and agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns. Coordinate with agencies, creators, and media partners to expand reach and strengthen brand presence
  • Align brand initiatives with business objectives through close collaboration with product, operations, and growth teams
  • Work with merchants, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to co-create promotions and engagement campaign 
  • Track campaign performance and extract actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Develop and maintain the brand planning calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and activations. Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance, highlighting key learnings and improvement opportunities
  • Identify and implement cross-vertical marketing opportunities across Rides, Parcel, Shop, and Points to maximize ecosystem synergy

  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Advertising, preferably with consumer tech, mobility, logistics, or e-commerce platforms
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, and out-of-home media
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in mobility, logistics, and digital commerce platforms
  • Excellent analytical ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights. Experience working with technology platforms, delivery aggregators, or FMCG brands will be considered an advantage
