- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly via phone calls, live chat, and emails
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints in a designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to escalate customer complaints to the appropriate operational teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and effectively communicating solutions to complaints raised by customers
- Conduct verification calls to assess the performance level of various operational teams
๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ :
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they meet the other requirements
- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and data entry
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of relevant software applications or Customer Relationship โข Management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage
