Customer Experience Officer

Pathao is seeking driven and proactive individuals to join as Customer Experience Officer. The ideal candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm for customer support processes and possess excellent communication skills and business acumen to create a distinctive user experience.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Provide timely responses to customers’ inquiries through phone calls, live chat, and emails
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly via phone calls, live chat, and emails
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints in a designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to escalate customer complaints to the appropriate operational teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and effectively communicating solutions to complaints raised by customers
• Conduct verification calls to assess the performance level of various operational teams

Requirements to meet:

• 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they meet the other requirements
• Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and data entry
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of relevant software applications or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage
