Pathao is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Associate for the Rides team. Step into a role where you can work closely with the driver community supporting compliance, building meaningful engagement, and helping create a seamless experience for both drivers and customers.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Conduct rider verification for bike and car segments and collect required documents
- Manage and engage with driver communities through field-level activities
- Perform driver segmentation to improve engagement and operational effectiveness
- Review adherence data and identify non-compliant drivers
- Communicate with drivers regularly and ensure necessary follow-ups
- Handle project-based rider engagement activities
- Address performance-related issues and guide riders for improvement
- Recognize and motivate top-engaged riders to encourage better performance
- Support compliance-related activities by ensuring proper documentation and record maintenance
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth execution of driver engagement initiatives
The incumbent should bring along:
- Graduation in any discipline, preferably from Business Studies or Humanities background
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations
- Excellent Bangla and English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Problem-solving skills to address compliance and performance-related issues
- Basic proficiency in computers and common software
- Prior field work experience will be given preference
