𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼:
- Investigate and resolve assigned issues raised through internal systems, support channels, or stakeholder escalations (e.g., merchant complaints, delivery anomalies, order disruptions, rider disputes).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Tech, KAM, and Support teams to drive resolution within defined SLA timelines.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all issues, actions taken, and resolution outcomes in the internal tracking tools.
- Prioritize and manage cases based on severity, impact, and SLA urgency.
- Escalate high-impact or recurring issues to the appropriate team lead or manager with recommended actions.
- Contribute to periodic reporting on issue trends, SLA performance, and resolution quality for internal review and improvement.
- Adhere strictly to internal SOPs, compliance guidelines, and customer experience standards.
- Actively participate in calibration sessions, process updates, and performance improvement initiatives.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴:
- 1-2 years of working experience in customer complain/issue resolution management (Fresher’s are highly encouraged to apply)
- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and G-Suite collaboration tools
- Mindset to visit hubs to identify and resolve process issues
- Competency with generating appropriate content and expertise with translation
- Organizational competency and ability to prioritize assigned tasks
