𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 is looking for a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 & 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 specialist to join our team. You will own analytics dashboards, build low-code automation workflows, develop AI-assisted tooling, and support model deployment pipelines. This is a hands-on role for someone who gets things done fast using the right tool, whether that is a SQL query, an n8n workflow, a Retool app, or an AI agent built with Claude Code.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Build and maintain Metabase dashboards for courier ops, hub performance, SLA tracking, and merchant reporting
• Write complex SQL against BigQuery for ad hoc analysis, KPI tracking, and operational decisions, and define metric definitions and reporting standards
• Automate reports with Google Sheets and Apps Script, including scheduled pulls, summaries, and triggered alerts
• Build internal tools and admin panels in Retool and Appsmith, connected to databases, REST APIs, and BigQuery
• Design multi-step workflows in n8n and Make, linking BigQuery, Metabase, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Telegram, and third-party APIs
• Identify repetitive manual processes across the organisation and replace them with low-code or no-code solutions
• Monitor and debug live workflows, handling webhook failures and retry logic, and document workflow logic so automations stay maintainable
• Build and deploy AI agents using Claude Code, Codex, DeepSeek, and Copilot, including multi-step agents built with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or MCP
• Integrate LLM APIs into dashboards and workflows, implement RAG with vector stores, and build persistent agent memory layers
• Deploy internal tools and agent services with Docker and CI/CD, manage nginx and VM environments, and apply security practices around API keys, OAuth2, and signed webhooks
• Serve ML models as REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask, track experiments with MLflow, and monitor deployed models for drift and accuracy
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business automation, or a related engineering role
• Hands-on experience with at least two of: analytics dashboards, low-code automation tools, AI-assisted development, or ML Ops
• Portfolio, GitHub repositories, or live work samples showing end-to-end project ownership are strongly preferred
• Logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain analytics experience will get preference
