๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐จ is looking for a talented Associate, Courier Agent Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment of delivery and pickup agents, process documentation and support the campaigns.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Assess delivery agent documents according to courier protocols and verify authenticity
- Complete the onboarding process for agents, ensuring all steps are documented
- Archive physical and digital documents in organized storage for future reference
- Call potential leads and explain the benefits of joining as delivery or pickup agents
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion rates
- Receive agent calls and resolve queries to ensure a positive experience
- Provide agents with accurate information regarding onboarding procedures and policies
- Maintain and update lead, call, and onboarding data using tools like Google Sheets and Forms
- Support local field campaigns and participate in offline sourcing drives when required
Requirements
- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
- Experience in rider recruitment will get preference
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Ability to communicate with different layers of people
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
- Understanding of the courier industry and regulations is a plus
