Pathao is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Associate for the Rides team. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content, identifying emerging trends, and supporting digital marketing efforts to enhance visibility and community engagement.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Create and edit short-form videos and marketing content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and AI-powered video editing tools.
- Design static creatives and social media content using Canva, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Write engaging copies and captions for digital campaigns and social media platforms.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Stay updated with content trends and recommend creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.
- Identify trending content and develop engaging content plans to drive supply-side engagement.
The incumbent should bring along:
- Educational background in any discipline with relevant knowledge/experience.
- Proficiency in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and AI-based editing tools.
- Ability to create static content using Canva, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and copywriting.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media content and emerging trends.
- Ability to identify trending content and translate insights into engaging campaigns and content ideas.
