𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼:
- Serve as the main point of contact and regularly communicate with key account clients to understand their requirements, address issues, and provide updates on services
- Developing trust relationships with merchants to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Ensure the services are delivered to merchants in a timely manner
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by merchants and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Analyzing merchant data to provide relationship management.
- Achieve business targets within the given time.
- Ensure business growth as per expectation and beyond.
- Prepare and share business reporting from time to time.
- Initiate ideas and develop strategy in the area for business development.
- Maintain continuous connection with the internal team (Within and cross function) to resolve any issue.
- Ensure that all interactions with key accounts comply with company policies and ethical standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of key account activities, communications, and agreements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key account clients as needed.

- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the courier industry and regulations is a plus.
