Join Pathao’s operations team as Associate, Hub Operations and play a key role in solving courier challenges and optimizing hub performance.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Sort incoming parcels based on zone and assign them to the correct delivery agents.
- Perform accurate scanning during In-scan, Out-scan, and RTO stages.
- Store parcels properly to avoid damage or loss within the hub.
- Use internal software/apps for scanning, status updates, and data entry.
- Collect return parcels and cash from delivery agents and reconcile with daily records.
- Support COD reconciliation by verifying cash submitted by delivery agents.
- Report parcel damages, theft, or scanning errors to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines during operations.
The incumbent should bring along:
- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline (Students who can work full-time can also apply)
- Previous experience in outbound, inbound, logistics, or related roles is a plus
- Mindset to work in Roaster duty
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
